We schedule appointments Monday through Friday during the months of January through August. Saturday appointments are available during the months of September through December.

When you schedule your inspection you will be given a three hour window in which the inspector will arrive. If for some reason he is not able to make it to your appointment by the allotted time he will call to advise you of the new arrival time to make sure it is convenient for you. If for some reason you are detained or unable to contact the office to cancel your appointment he will leave you a business card to remind you of your appointment.

Typically the last appointment scheduled if for the time range of 1:00 - 3:00. Keep in mind that the inspections can take 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete and daylight is required in order to perform the inspections properly. As the days grow shorter our timeframe in which to perform services also grows shorter!

If you desire to change your appointment time or find at the last minute you are unable to meet our inspector we request that you give us the courtesy of notifying the office. This prevents unnecessary driving time and allows us to accommodate other clients waiting for service.
